EVENTS AND INITIATIVES

 


2013 Creator and learner, The Exchange Project.
       :The Exchange Project began in 2010 as an on-going exploration into tacit knowledge transferal, informal education, culture and self-
       presentation. Topics that have been explored with individuals of various backgrounds include region-specific culinary skills, technique in
       building lobster traps, a demonstration on how to ‘unkitsch’ greeting cards, interviews on Knowledge Management, and surviving on the
       streets.

2011 Project collaborator and exhibition curator, Spontaneous La Paz, an exhibition at the Museo San Francisco, La Paz, Bolivia.
       :Bolivia 2011: Redesigning Education [IDC] is an on-going International Design Clinic project that partners with local citizens and non-
       profits to redesign education with children working on the streets of La Paz. The exhibition titled Spontaneous La Paz featured the group’s
       latest ideas in research, prototype design, and engagement during our time in La Paz.

2009 Creator and organizer, 2009 Printmakers in Residence Scheme, Hong Kong Graphics Society, Hong Kong.
       :The Residence Scheme was a one-year partnership between the Hong Kong Graphics Society and the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre. It
       was designed to promote the appreciation and understanding of printmaking in Hong Kong, and to encourage artistic exchange among
       local and regional printmakers in Taiwan, Macau and Malaysia.
